SES mobile application will send messages and/or push notifications to inform the users with alerts of a planned or unplanned electricity cutoff. SES will support electricity meters reading submissions and bills information in the next versions.
Mission:
SES mobile App. will create a flexible and easy-to-use solution to subscribers from having the information about any interruption for electricity service.
Description:
SES mobile App. can do the following:
•Send notification to users in case of planned service interruption
•Send notification to users in case of sudden unplanned service interruption and announce the potential service back time
•Offer other useful service related functionalities to users (Bills information, bill payments, past citizen consumptions reports, submission of citizen meters measurements ...etc)
The user will be asked for some special information as following:
•User should enter his/her meter account ID (From electricity bill)
•User personal ID
•User bill number (From electricity bill)
•User should register from his/her meters location or select it manually through map
In the next version user will be able to do the following:
•Submit users Meters readings
•View users bills information
•View consumptions statistics
